Automatically Collected Information
- We do not collect IP addresses, device/browser data, or use cookies for behavioral tracking.
- We use Google Analytics to understand general usage trends (e.g., number of visits, time on site) but do not track individuals.

- We store all data in the United States using Supabase with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
- We retain student and teacher information only as long as necessary to provide services, or as required by law.
- When accounts are deleted, we delete associated personal data within a reasonable timeframe consistent with industry standards.

Parents and Students
- May request access to or deletion of student data at any time.
Teachers and Schools
- May control student accounts and request data exports.
All Users
- May opt out of receiving non-essential communications (e.g., marketing emails).
- May request access, correction, or deletion of their information by contacting us (see Section 9).
7. Data Ownership
All student records, teacher-created content, and related learning data are owned by FlashHoops.
Teachers and students may export their data at any time, but TechU retains ownership to maintain, improve, and operate the platform.

- Minor updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
